Maintain an “in office” appearance

With uMobility staff can take office calls anywhere. Customers and colleagues can reach the uMobility user by dialing their DDI or office extension. Furthermore, calls made by the uMobility user are treated as if they were made from the office. uMobility makes the office truly mobile extending the reach of the phone system to the cell phone user.

Work from home

With uMobility it is easy to work from home. A home based uMobility user does not need another phone line and does not need to do anything to redirect calls to their home.

The uMobility user takes their office extension home with them.

If the home worker has WiFi with internet access, all business calls from their home can be made through the company office without any GSM network charges or a need to have GSM signal coverage at their home. These calls like all uMobility calls, are charged, recorded and logged in the same way as a call made from a desk handset in the office.

Easy hot desking

uMobility users can hot desk without needing to worry about redirecting calls to a desk handset. The uMobility phone is their office extension and can automatically switch from using the mobile network to using the office WiFi network.

One handset

uMobility users do not have to manage a cellular phone and office phone, desks are less cluttered and they take their office extension with them when they hot desk. With uMobility fewer desk handsets are needed. This frees up investment for use elsewhere in the business or for offsetting against the cost of uMobility.

uMobility users need give out only their office DDI, as like office based staff, they are contactable on a single phone number.

UMobility makes life easier. uMobility users will never to need to forward their office calls. All calls to the office extension or DDI are automatically routed to the cellular phone no matter where the user is located.
